Modified Movements

I enjoy modifying yoga poses so grab a block, a blanket, a chair, or a wall to keep your balance. Remember this is your practice and it is always key to do what feels good and listen to your body. 

Monsteras are beautiful plants that hold a special place in my heart, not only are they fast growing, but every leaf is different. We are monstera leaves with splits and scars, some leaves moving towards the sun while other leaves move away from it. We are all different, but we all need love and water and with that we grow together as individuals. My goal is to make your yoga practice simply that, yours. Modify your movements and understand that in my class we are all here, but we are all different leaves moving at our own pace and that’s just perfect.
